Summation Technology will not accept any product for return, exchange, or warranty service without prior authorization and an RMA number. Returns of all products, EXCLUDING Rimage brand products, Fulfillment Services and Label Stock, are subject to 0% restocking fee if returned prior to 30 days of invoice date. Returns of Rimage products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  No returns are excepted after 30 days of invoice date.   Fulfillment Services (Disc & Label) and Label Stock are custom services and products that are not returnable. All shipping & C.O.D. fees are non-refundable. Damaged or incomplete returns will be refused and no refund provided. Store credits expire if not used within one year.
