The Everest Media Kit—either 500 or 1,000 discs with the correct
amount of thermal ribbon and retransfer rolls— is designed for
Everest’s unique printing requirements, a print surface that
extends close to the hub, offering unlimited options for design.
The Inkjet Media Kit—discs with the corresponding number of
ink cartridges— is manufactured to Rimage specifications for
maximum color performance with our high-resolution Rimage printer.
THE RIMAGE RECORDING, PRINTING, AND LONGEVITY GUARANTEES:
Pick, clamp, record and print guarantee : Rimage guarantees
these discs to both print and record to the end user's satisfaction
if they are properly handled and maintained. Rimage will, at
its option, replace the media and printing consumables or give
a refund of the purchase price should Rimage Media Kit components
fail to print and record properly.
100 Year Data Guarantee : Based on the results of longevity
testing by our media manufacturer, Rimage warrants that each
CD from Rimage Everest Media Kits will last and will retain
its data for a period of 100 years. The media should not be

- Everest 1000 Kits contain 1000 discs, two CMY ribbons or one
Black ribbon, and one 1000-unit Retransfer roll.
- Everest 500 Kits contain 500 discs, one CMY ribbon, and one
500-unit Retransfer roll.
- Rimage 2000i/480i 600 Kits contain 600 discs, one Black inkjet
cartridge, and two CMY cartridges.
- Rimage 360i Kits contain 200 discs, one Black inkjet cartridge,
and one CMY inkjet cartridge. Rimage 360i kits are also available
as media-only kits, making it easier to match individual printing
needs.
