PRIMERA LX200

The LX200 Label Printer includes one dye-based black cartridge, NiceLabel™ SE Primera Edition design software, printer drivers for Windows® 2000/XP/Vista®, starter roll of Tuff-Coat™ High-Gloss Inkjet Label Stock, USB 2.0 cable and instructions. Requires an available USB 2.0 port.

Primera’s new LX200 Desktop Label Printer utilizes high-resolution monochrome inkjet printing to produce a wide range of bar code and identification labels up to 4.25" (108mm) wide. This compact and affordable printer delivers many features and benefits not available with other label printing technologies.

Unlike thermal transfer label printers, the LX200 doesn’t use a ribbon. Instead, it “jets” ink directly onto plain paper or specially-treated, high-performance inkjet substrates. This process leaves no spent ribbon behind that shows a mirror image of what has been printed – important for HIPAA and a host of other government and industry confidentiality requirements.

For these and a wide range of label, tag and ticket printing applications, the LX200 provides the highest-quality printing, easiest supplies replenishment and widest range of available substrates.

Ink Cartridges
Two types of black ink cartridges are available for the LX200 Label Maker: (1) dye-based black for printing on virtually all types of inkjet coated high-gloss and semi-gloss label and tag stocks, and (2) pigment-based black for printing on matte (uncoated) label and tag stock. Customer testing is highly recommended before purchasing a large amount of stock or ink cartridges.

Label Stock
Label Printer Labels are available in High-Gloss, Semi-Gloss, and White Polyester. Standard sizes are usually available for immediate shipment. All labels are 5" maximum O.D. on a 2" core with a .125" corner radius. All rolls also have perforations between labels. More than 1000 Custom Label sizes are also available upon request. Custom lead times are 3-4 weeks.

Extended Warranty (US Customers Only)
Primera LX200 Label Printers are warranted for one-year parts and labor. An extended warranty is available for an additional one year period for a total of two years or for an additional two year period for a total of three years. Extended warranties must be purchased within 1 year of the printer's original invoice date.

The optional, field-installable Media Cutter attaches to the front of the printer and slides down and out of the way when not needed. A fan-fold media slot for tags and tickets is located on the rear panel.
